calcium citrate is a source of bioavailability calcium commonly used as a food additive. This calcium salt of citric acid is also used as a water softener.

aglycon (non-sugar compound remaining after replacement of a glycosyl group by a hydrogen atom) anthocyanins with powerful antioxidant activities.
Cysteine
an amino acid, or protein building block, that is part of glutathione.
Cystine
a pair of bonded cysteine. Two cysteine molecules bonded together offer each other protection against digestion.
Cytokine Modulating Proteins (CMP)
specific molecules of CMP assist the body manage normal cellular growth; work with the body to repair damaged cells.
Daily Values
daily values are the dietary reference values that are used on all current US Nutrition Facts labels. These values were determined to best represent the minimum needs of the general population. Most DV's are derived from Dietary Reference Intakes (DRI) and other recommendations made by the Food and Nutrition Board, Institute of Medicine (IOM).

an herbal plant found in Baja California, used to enhance energy levels and stimulate muscle contractions and blood circulation. Used as an aphrodisiac.

Diamond Distributor
a Diamond distributor is someone who has accumulated 150,000 TOV and has 3 qualified Venture legs with 25,000 TOV in each leg. Diamond distributors are eligible to be paid down six generations (G1-G6) and down to three generations of Fast Start (FS1-FS3). Diamond distributors are eligible for the Gold Bonus and once they achieve a TOV of 250,000 points, they are also eligible for the Diamond Bonus and the Diamond Pool.
Diamond Pool
each month 2% of the total commissionable volume of the company is split on a pro-rated basis by all Diamond Bonus-qualified distributors based on the number of Diamond distributors in their downline.
Dietary Supplement
a product taken by mouth that contains a “dietary ingredient” intended to supplement the diet. The “dietary ingredients” in these products may include: vitamins, minerals, herbs or other botanicals, amino acids, and substances such as enzymes, organ tissues, glandulars, and metabolites.
Downline
all distributors and customers who are in an organization that have been personally sponsored and their downlines as well as distributors and customers who have been placed in an organization by upline distributors.

a protein produced by living cells and functioning as a catalyst in a specific biochemical reaction.

a large genus of jointed nearly leafless desert shrubs (family Gnetaceae) that have the leaves reduced to scales at the nodes and include some (especially E. sinica) that are a source of ephedrine.

an Executive Diamond distributor is someone who has accumulated 750,000 TOV and has 3 qualified Venture legs with 85,000 TOV in each leg. Executive Diamond distributors are eligible to be paid down six generations (G1-G6) and three generations of Fast Start (FS1-FS3). Executive Diamond distributors are eligible for the Gold Bonus, the Diamond Bonus, the Diamond Pool, and the Executive Diamond Pool.
Executive Diamond Pool

Fast Start (FS)
Immunotec maximizes payout over 3 generations for the 1st commission period (the Fast Start Period). All qualified Investors and above are eligible to receive Fast Start. All new distributor volume will pay out under the Fast Start system (FS). All commissionable orders that are on the Fast Start system will be paid out in the following manner:
- The orignial sponsor will receive FS1 of 20%.
- Subsequent qualified sponsors will be paid the FS2 (10%) and FS3 (7%) bonuses.

Organizational Volume (OV)
the total volume points that a distributor is paid on down to the corresponding generation. The OV is used for the promotion to Silver (OV4), Gold (OV5), Diamond (OV6) and Executive Diamond (OV7). Example: The Organizational Volume used to promote a distributor to the Silver title is OV4. The OV4 is the sum of all the Personal Volume (PV) on any order paid to a distributor from the 1st generation to the 4th generation.
Override
the profits generated by the sales of other distributors working in a distributor’s business.

Parve

One percent (1%) of total Immunotec sales is put into a pool. This pool has 2 components
- Monthly performers share the Performance Bonus based on the new business they generate.

Personal Group Volume (PGV)
is the sum of a distributor's PV plus all product purchases of personal customers, plus all of the originally sponsored distributor lines that have not promoted to Investor or higher in a prior month.

is the sum of all volume points derived from personal orders placed by a distributor in one commission period.

Purchase products at wholesale, sell at retail, and earn the difference. With 3,000 points of Personal Volume purchased in any one commission period, you are eligible for the 20% Retail Volume Bonus (RVB) on all purchases over the monthly qualification requirement
Retail Volume Bonus (RVB)
Venture distributors and above with a minimum of 3,000 PV receive 20% RVB on all personal purchases over the monthly qualification requirement. The RVB will be paid on all PV exceeding 400 points within one commission period. The RVB is paid in a distributor's initial month on PV in excess of 2,160. No RVB will be paid on Action Packs. Sponsor or upline commissions on orders that have been paid a RVB will be calculated on a modified commission base.

a yellow crystalline compound C17H20N4O6 that is a growth-promoting member of the vitamin B complex and occurs both free (as in milk) and combined (as in liver). Also called lactoflavin, ovoflavin, vitamin B2.

a naturally-occurring component of human skin that is thought to be responsible for an ability to trap moisture.
Soluble

Sponsor
person who refers another to Immunotec. The sponsor explains the products and business opportunity to all new members. All members must have a referring sponsor.
Thermogenic
the process of fat or calorie burning caused by an increase in the body metabolism through the generation of heat (thermogenesis).
Thiamin
Thiamin, also know as vitamin B1 is a colorless compound with chemical formula C12H17N4OS. It is soluble in water and insoluble in alcohol.
TOV

Total Organizational Volume (TOV)
the total of all Personal Volume (PV), including the distributor’s own PV, accumulated to infinity in the entire downline in a specified commission period. The TOV is used to determine the volume in each qualified Venture Leg for upline promotion.
Toxin
a colloidal proteinaceous poisonous substance that is a specific product of the metabolic activities of a living organism and is usually very unstable, notably toxic when introduced into the tissues, and typically capable of inducing antibody formation.
Upline
the Immunotec distributors that are above a distributor within an organization, including the distributor’s sponsor, the sponsor’s sponsor, and so on.
Venture Distributor
a Venture distributor is someone who has accumulated 2,160 PGV of which 400 points must be PV within one commission period. This can be achieved with the purchase of either an Action Pack or individual Immunotec products. Venture distributors are eligible to be paid down three generations (G1-G3) and two generations of Fast Start (FS1-FS2).

Whey Protein
the serum or watery part of milk that is separated from the coagulable part that is rich in lactose, minerals, and vitamins and contains lactalbumin and traces of fat.

additional 14% paid on all Xtra Sharp product orders (total of 60% in commissions paid on Xtra Sharp product purchases). All qualified distributors that have accumulated 720 XPGV within any one commission period are eligible to receive this bonus. The Xtra Sharp Bonus is paid out as 6 generational bonuses, based on rank advancement. The generational payouts will roll upline using dynamic compression rules, where all unpaid generations will pay to the first Xtra Sharp qualifed distributor up to their "paid as" status. Example: a Silver distributor would be eligible for 4 Xtra Sharp Generational Bonuses.
