Immunotec offers a proven business and compensation plan so you can build a business that serves you—whether it’s earning a few hundred dollars a month or creating full-time income.

With Immunotec “independent Consultants” purchase products directly from the manufacturer and sell directly to customers, doing away with two levels of costs and markups and creating more profit for all those involved. In addition, with our ImmunoDirect program you have the opportunity to build residual income from all of the customers who join you on autoship, creating an ongoing stream of income for you. You do the work once but continue to get paid for it.

Unlike other jobs, where you trade “hours for dollars,” you have your own business and a team of people working and earning money for you. Plus, our compensation structure is designed to reward you for always following the basics of the business.

The income earned through the Immunotec compensation plan is determined by the number of Consultants that you have, the amount of their purchases, and your ability to share the opportunity with others who in turn gather and support their own customers and Consultants. Immunotec pays commissions and bonuses based on products purchased, not for the recruiting of Consultants.

  3. Take a step up in the compensation plan, Talk to your sponsor about all of the advantages of promoting!
  4. Teach others to do the same things that you have just done. In your Immunotec business, you get paid for your efforts plus the efforts of your team.

How to Earn an Income

Understanding how you earn an income at Immunotec means understanding where the income streams come from. Income is generated from two places: your Customer base and the Customer base of the Consultants in your organization. It's as simple as that! There are bonuses that are paid on additional qualifications that we will explain here, but the basic principle of this business is creating a distribution network of Immunotec products. So let's analyze the compensation chart to better understand how you are paid on the business that you have begun.

We are going to look at two main sections. (1) How you are paid on your personal Customers, and (2) How you are paid on the sales of the other Consultants that you sponsor into the business.

Personal Customers

Retail Sales
You can quickly earn retail profits by purchasing the products at wholesale and selling them at retail.

Example:
Sell four boxes of Immunocal® at retail and your profit is $108.
4 x Immunocal = $360 retail - $252 your cost = $108 retail profit.


ImmunoDirect Customer Program
You register your customers with Immunotec to take advantage of the customer monthly shipment program. Your customer enjoys a 20% discount and you earn the price spread between wholesale and what your customer pays.

Example:
You have four customers on the ImmunoDirect program who each buy one box of Immunocal. They purchase the product at $72 and your cost is $63. You earn the $9 difference for each box or $36 for four…each and every month that they purchase.

My Downline Consultant Business

You are eligible for commissions not just on your personal customers, but also on the business generated by other Consultants that you sponsor into the business.

Business Builder Bonus

With every new Consultant that you sponsor, you earn a bonus based on their first month’s purchase. The Business Builder Bonus enables you to earn a bonus of up to 20% of every personally sponsored Consultant’s purchase within their first month.

  1. When you sponsor someone into your organization you earn an automatic 5% bonus on top of your residual commission.
  2. Sponsor a second Consultant into your organization in any month and earn a 10% bonus on both the first and second Consultant you sponsored that month in addition to your residual commissions.
  3. Sponsor 3 or more Consultants into your business in any month and you will earn a 20% bonus on all three of your new Consultants’ purchases for that month in addition to your residual commissions!

Example:
When a Consultant you sponsor chooses to sign up with $500 of inventory (i.e. signs up with a Success Pack), your 5% Business Builder Bonus is $25. When you sponsor your second Consultant into the business, that $25 becomes $50 for both or $100. Sponsor 3 or more in any one month and that $25 becomes $100 from each new recruit or $300.

Rank Advancement and Residual Income

After each new Consultant's first month (their Business Builder period) passes, commissions are paid under the "residual" income system.

In addition to income generated through your customer base, Immunotec offers you a residual income program based on the sales made by Consultants that you sponsor into the business. This is where the business model of network marketing shows its strength. As we have seen, traditional income earners are limited by the number of hours that they can put into a business; however, as you sponsor others into the business, you are eligible for an override on the sales that they make. Immunotec pays Consultants up to 47% in residual commissions on the wholesale price of every product sold and this is in addition to the lucrative bonus programs that are incorporated into the plan!

Earlier, we looked at the commissions generated by the customers that you bring into the business. When you begin to build an organization of others who do the same, you will be able to earn an override on the business that each of your downline Consultants generates. Immunotec sets no limit on the number of other Consultants that you can sponsor into the business. Consultants can have as many customers or other Consultants in their organization as they wish to sponsor. This is an important point as we continue to look at the Compensation Plan. You have the same earning potential as any other Immunotec Consultant!

The Power of Geometric Progression

Geometric progression is the engine that drives the network marketing business model. If you sponsor three Consultants into the business who each find three Consultants, who in turn each sponsor three, who each sponsor another three (3+9+27+81), you would have an organization of 120 Consultants (plus their customers) - not bad. Think of it in terms of hours—the limiting factor in your business. If you decided that you could commit 10 hours a week to your Immunotec business and asked for the same commitment from those you sponsored, you would now increase your working hours each week to 1200! Just remember that in the real world, perfect geometric progression does not occur. Some people will recruit a lot of new Consultants, and some will never recruit anyone. This example is given solely to illustrate the powerful concept behind this unique business model.

The reason that an Immunotec business offers significant residual income potential (an annuity of sorts) is that the distribution network that you build belongs to you: it is your business. Immunotec is a company that strives for stability and for a system that provides unlimited possibility. The ability to leverage the work of those on your team adds up exponentially.

What is network marketing?

Network marketing is an alternative system that streamlines distribution methods for products by using an “independent Consultant” network. In traditional distribution methods, for instance products sold through a local store, the price you pay includes the manufacturer’s cost of production, the manufacturer’s profit, the transportation to the wholesaler, the wholesaler’s costs and profits, transportation to the retailer, the retailer’s profits, the retailer’s advertising, rent, warehousing, and more.

With network marketing, independent Consultants buy products directly from the manufacturer and sell them directly to their customers, eliminating two levels of cost and markup. The customer gets a competitively priced product, with far better personal service than that found at most retailers. This has proven a successful method of distribution specifically with some of the top nutritional products on the market today because it allows the makers of these products to invest more in leading-edge research and development. Worldwide over $115 billion in sales is generated through direct sales with over 55 million active participants and growing!

Why is network marketing so powerful?

In most jobs, you trade “hours for dollars.” Your income is limited by the amount of time you can put into your business and no matter how hard you work; there are only so many hours in a day.

The way to make more money is to own a business and have a team of people working for you. Take for example the mechanic who has a team of three people. Alone, he or she can work on perhaps 10 cars a day, but, with a team of employees, that mechanic could work on 30 or 40 cars. The mechanic pays these employees a salary, but is still earning a profit on the work that the team does—the business owner has leveraged the time of the employees.

The same profit scenario applies to network marketing. Immunotec calls this profit an override—the profits generated by the sales of other Consultants working in your business.
